Intend Plus Subscription Terms

Effective date: June 13, 2026

These Subscription Terms supplement the Intend Terms of Use and apply to Intend Plus purchases made through Google Play. Intend is developed and operated by Phoenix Tech.

Plans and Benefits

Intend may offer monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The exact plan, billing period, price, currency, taxes, trial or introductory offer, and included benefits are shown in the Google Play purchase screen before confirmation.

Intend Plus currently unlocks eligible premium functionality such as longer history and deeper weekly insights. Available benefits may evolve, provided the overall paid service remains materially consistent with the offer presented at purchase.

Billing and Auto-Renewal

Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Unless the plan is described as prepaid or non-renewing, the subscription automatically renews for the same billing period until canceled.

Google Play charges the renewal price shown in your subscription settings, including applicable taxes. Google Play will provide notice where required for price changes.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time through Google Play subscription management. Cancellation stops future renewal. Except where applicable law or Google Play policy provides otherwise, cancellation does not immediately terminate access or produce a prorated refund; paid access normally continues through the end of the current billing period.

Deleting Intend or clearing app data does not cancel a subscription.

Restore and Subscription Management

Use "Restore purchases" in Intend or Google Play subscription management to refresh eligible access. You must use the Google Play account that made the purchase.

Trials and Promotional Offers

If a trial or promotional offer is available, eligibility and duration are displayed by Google Play. Unless canceled before the trial or promotional period ends, the subscription automatically converts to the displayed paid plan. Eligibility is determined by Google Play.

Failed, Pending, or Reversed Payments

Access may be delayed while a transaction is pending. If payment fails, is reversed, refunded, revoked, expires, or enters account hold, Google Play and Intend may suspend or end premium access according to the purchase status and applicable policy.

Refunds

Purchases and refund requests are handled under Google Play refund policies and applicable law. Contact Google Play or use the order controls available for your Google Play account. Statutory refund rights remain unaffected.

Price or Benefit Changes

Prices may change according to Google Play rules and required notice. We may update Intend Plus benefits as the app develops. If a material reduction requires action under applicable law or platform policy, appropriate notice or remedies will be provided.
