Delete Your Intend Account and Data
Effective date: June 13, 2026
Delete in the Intend App
- Open Intend.
- Open Settings.
- Select "Delete account and data".
- Confirm deletion.
For a Google-signed-in user, this deletes the Firebase Authentication account used by Intend and then clears the Intend profile, practice history, journal entries, and settings stored locally on the device.
For anonymous use, the action clears the local Intend profile and practice data.
If Google or Firebase requires recent authentication, sign in again and repeat the deletion action.
Request Deletion Without the App
Send an account-deletion request to Phoenix Tech at valentyn@intendmobile.com. Use the subject "Intend account deletion request" and send the request from the email address associated with your Intend Google Sign-In.
Phoenix Tech may request reasonable verification to prevent unauthorized deletion. After verification, the Intend Firebase Authentication account will be deleted. Intend does not currently store practice history on an Intend-operated server; that history is stored locally on the device and can be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling Intend.
Information That May Remain
Google Play purchase and transaction records are controlled by Google and may be retained for billing, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, or legal obligations. Deleting an Intend account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions separately through Google Play subscription management.
